We provide overnight and second day service by Federal Express.  The average cost is $30.00 for next day delivery and $20.00 for second day. For out-of-the-way addresses, the cost may be higher. We will notify you by email for approval before shipping

Overseas Orders.
We calculate shippping charges for overseas orders and request your approval by email before shipping. Your order total will then be revised. We recommend UPS Global Express but will use other trackable modes.

Payment

NOTICE! We no longer accept credit card payments, but invite customers to send us personal checks or money orders only after we have acknowledged the order and responded by email or phone with shipping/handling charges.

Faulty Recording

Occasionally we encounter a DVD that has not been recorded properly.  This may mean pixilation (little squares) or motion freeze.  Rarely do we find a defective DVD.   If you try to play your DVD and it does not perform properly, return it to us within 15 days at the above address and we will send you a replacement.
